All materials, documents, tools, or resources provided by Silverstream Financial remain our intellectual property and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement with written notice. Fees for work already performed or expenses incurred will remain payable.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed under the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Ontario.

11. Amendments
